    • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

    • Certain products, such as perishable goods or custom-made items, are not eligible for a refund.

    2. Non-Refundable Items

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants).

    • Personalized or customized products.

    • Digital downloads or online courses once accessed.

    3. Refund Process

    • To initiate a refund, please email zerohead@zeroresponsible.com with your order details and reason for requesting a refund.

    • Upon approval of your refund request, we will provide a return shipping label. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

    • Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

    4. Refund Approval and Issuance

    • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

    • You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

    5. Late or Missing Refunds

    • If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time, please first check with your bank or credit card company.

    6. Exchange Policy

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at zerohead@zeroresponsible.com with the details of the issue.

    7. Responsible Travel Refunds

    • Refunds for responsible travel packages are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party providers. Their cancellation and refund policies will be shared with you before completing the purchase.
